The place was clean, but far too expensive for four walls. Our ground-floor apartment didn’t look like the pictures, which show other apartments on the top floor of the same building. This one may have been a former warehouse renovated for tourists. The bedroom window faced a cafe’s backyard, where breakfast is served from 8am, so it was noisy. There wasn’t even a small bottle of water as a welcome gift.

It was especially pleasant to have a warm apartment around the clock. The place was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, and we had a lovely stay. When there was a problem with the building entrance lock, the staff responded straight away, which we really appreciated.

Reception was so kind, and we were pleasantly surprised that they had provided an extra bed for my kid even though we hadn’t asked for one. The apartment was lovely, clean, and beautiful. With the cold weather, I really wanted somewhere warm, dry, and not humid, and that’s what we got. Thank you so much, we’d love to come back!

One thing to improve: send the access information to people who have booked the apartment. Savor restaurant saved our day by reaching you by phone. Otherwise, it was a great experience, with plenty of warmth.

We had the two bed attic room, and it was stunning. Everything was central and the location was great. It was very clean and lovely and warm and cosy on snowy days. The host was responsive whenever we had questions. Thank you!
