The room at Numa Praga Libusa was nice and clean, and the location was good. Still, this was the most disappointing hospitality experience I’ve ever had, because getting into our room turned into a nightmare on two nights in a row. Numa uses automated codes and WhatsApp support, with no staff on site. On the first night, the main entrance opened, but the room door in an external corridor exposed to the cold wouldn’t. The keypad turned green, but we spent about 15 minutes outside trying to get in. Other guests nearby had the same problem. After countless tries, the door finally unlocked by chance at 11 p.m. Support said it would be fixed the next day. It wasn’t. The second night was much worse. We arrived after 1 a.m. with my pregnant wife, and again couldn’t open the door. We were outside in the cold for over 45 minutes, repeating the same steps while WhatsApp support kept sending new codes, even though the door itself was clearly the problem. They said security would arrive in 15 minutes, but nobody came. After an hour, they let us switch rooms. Only then did the original door happen to open, so we collected our things and moved. Two nights in a row like this is completely inexcusable. Guests shouldn’t be left locked out in the cold with a system that fails and support that can’t fix a basic problem. I’ll never return and can’t recommend Numa to anyone.

The area was peaceful, with cafés and shops still nearby, and I’d consider staying here again next time I’m in Prague. I spent three nights at Numa Libuše and had a really good stay overall. The room was clean, modern, and had everything I needed. Self check-in was very easy, and everything worked smoothly.

The room was spacious, clean, modern, and quiet, so we were very comfortable there. Getting around was easy too, with IP Pavlova, the main transport hub, just a stone's throw away. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend it to anyone wanting a peaceful place near the city center and public transport.

The self-check-in was easy, and the room felt comfortable, clean, and modern, with some thoughtful details. Numa Libusa is in a handy spot in Prague 2, near cafes and public transport but away from the heaviest tourist crowds. I had a great stay and would come back.

We had a roomy apartment with good wifi, and it was clean and well cared for. Water and snacks were thoughtfully left for us when we arrived and during our stay. Check-in was simple, and communication stayed clear throughout. The neighborhood felt safe and convenient, close to public transport, grocery stores, and within walking distance of major attractions. The train station was a short walk away, and the bus to and from the airport was easy to reach. We stayed for 10 days and had everything we needed. Great service, and I'd recommend it without hesitation.
