Pension Patanka

It brought back memories of childhood camp, and I enjoyed the modest setup. The accommodation is fair for the price, with shared showers and toilets and a modest breakfast. It's quietly located on Prague's outskirts, with public transport just a few minutes away. The restaurant has closed, but there's a great grocery store a bit away. If you need a bed for one or two nights, it's good for the money.

The bed was okay, the sheets were clean, and it was very quiet. There was free parking on site, and the price was extraordinarily cheap, especially with breakfast for two included. But the rest was below average: nobody speaks an international language, the shared bathrooms weren't clean, and breakfast was what you'd expect at that price. It's an hour's walk, half an hour by tram, or a 15-minute drive to any main attraction. It depends on your needs and standards.

We were only there for one night and arrived a little late, but they got us our keys. We liked everything, thank you.

I couldn't sleep properly after the lady in charge came and knocked very loudly on our door in the middle of the night. The next day I felt awful and couldn't work properly. After that, I was uncomfortable for the rest of the stay. I'm not coming back.
