Pension U Lilie

The view from the terrace was lovely, and the rooms were great. Breakfast was okay, and the location might be as good as you can get. The tall man at reception, who I imagine may be the owner, was so polite and welcoming. It really felt like home. Thanks, I'll definitely stop by when I visit again.

The staff were very nice. My room, though, was tiny, and I had to climb a narrow staircase every day. I'd avoid booking an attic room.

The staff were welcoming and kind, and I slept well in the good bed. The shower was good too, though I'd change the pillows, which were a bit lumpy. My room faced the street, but it was still fairly quiet despite the nearby restaurants and pubs. Rooms are simple but have what you need. There are a restaurant and breakfast at the hotel, and an elevator serves two floors. If your room is on the third floor, you'll need to walk up one flight. The location in the old city of Prage is perfect, close to the famus Karlův most bridge, the green line metro and other transport. It's an easy starting point for each day, and I'd definitely stay here again.

I couldn't make my stay because my six-month-old baby and I both tested positive for Covid and were in the hospital. The location never answered the phone and wouldn't let us move the dates because we were sick. I wouldn't recommend booking with a company that was so unwilling to understand our situation.
