They handled my request and the stay went smoothly. It’s decent for a night or two, and the rest was all good, but I found the lack of dishes inconvenient. There’s no kitchen or kitchenette, just a kettle and microwave, and there’s no fridge in the room either. You have to ask the staff to put your things in their fridge.

We came as a group and left with good memories. The rooms were clean and nice, the beds really comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. Breakfast had a wide range of very good options. The coffee and juice weren’t as good as the rest, but we’d still recommend the hotel.

The hostel is cheerfully decorated and colorful, and the staff are pleasant. It could use a bit of freshening up. I’ve only stayed in winter, so this review is partial, and I’m sure summer would be even better. The location might look out of the way at first, but it really isn’t: a tram stop nearby gets you to Vltavska metro in one stop, then you can reach anywhere in Prague in minutes. The bed linen was clean, check-in and checkout were clear and easy, and you can buy a lock at reception for the bedroom lockers.

There’s a separate shower and toilet, and our room was spacious and clean. The hostel is handy for attractions, with good public transport links and the tram just a five-minute walk away. Staff were friendly, especially Ms. Honey at reception, who was helpful and hospitable. We had a great stay and will definitely recommend it to friends and family. 😊

The staff were really friendly, and it was handy being so close to public transport. We had to hang around in the lobby after checkout before our flight, so the vending machines with drinks, sandwiches, coffee and other bits were useful. The rooms were clean, warm and roomy, though there wasn't a TV. I didn't use the pool or the other facilities.
