The team of young guys were the highlight for me. They know what they’re doing, are polite and professional, and made me feel right at home. I stayed four nights and enjoyed every minute. The place was cozy, quiet, and very clean. Honestly, everything was great. Highly recommend if you’re after some peace and top-tier service!

The staff made our stay feel special. Vanya was especially kind and cheerful, always ready to help, and really went out of her way to make us feel at home. Her colleagues were polite, professional, and attentive too. The setting is lovely and peaceful, a nice escape from city noise. Our room was clean, and breakfast had plenty of tasty options. We’d happily recommend the place and come back.

We enjoyed the location and facilities, and our stay could have been much better. The room went five days without being cleaned, our towels weren’t changed, and the bed linens stayed the same. In fact, housekeeping did nothing at all. That’s unacceptable for accommodation, and such a shame given that we otherwise had a good stay.

The biggest drawback is that the rooms have no AC, so summer heat could be uncomfortable. I hope the owner addresses that. Still, this is a beautiful, atmospheric hotel in a historic castle, with horses, parks, and lovely scenery around it. The real highlight was the staff, especially Diana, Denis and Dmitry. They were professional, friendly, and spoke several languages, which helped make the place feel welcoming. Breakfast was excellent, including fresh juice you can make yourself, and the room price includes a great little snack bar. The rooms are cozy, the food is delicious, and there’s car parking. I’d definitely like to return.
