Quadrio Bedroom Central Apartment

We booked this apartment for 11 adults and 4 children from December 24th to 26th, 2024. Never again. The central location and the amount of sleeping space were the only positives. The problems were serious enough that we would have wanted to leave after five minutes. The mattresses were old, unhygienic, and covered in large dark stains. The rooms were all noisy. In one room, the wardrobe rattled when someone walked normally, and the ceiling lights shook loudly with every footstep from the neighbors. The kitchen was a joke for 15 people. We had just two old, cheap saucepans with no lids and a few worn frying pans. There was no sieve, kitchen knife, mixing bowl, serving dish, or spatula, and not enough dishes or cutlery for everyone. The oven didn’t work, so cooking was impossible. Our complaint was ignored at first. When we pressed, we were told nobody could come until the next day. At noon the next day, the supplies we got were two garbage bags and four plates. We’d planned a festive Christmas dinner and were furious and completely disappointed. The furnishings were uninspired and outdated. There were old wardrobes and dressers in every room, some scratched or damaged, as well as broken chairs, a chest of drawers, and picture frames. The layout was awkward too: the largest bedroom could only be reached through another bedroom from the living room, which was disruptive and impractical. The lighting was so dim that the place felt uncomfortably dark and was hard on the eyes. We were extremely disappointed and definitely can’t recommend the apartment.
