Quiet Courtyard Apartment

Really quiet, with lovely people and a superb location :-)

The apartment is spotless and has all the basics, including a fridge, microwave, shampoo, and shower gel. I liked the little light above the bathroom door that tells you whether it’s occupied. Christoph and Anna do their best to keep the place pleasant and quiet. There’s no elevator, so bear in mind it’s up on the roof, the third floor by Russian standards. The windows look onto the roof too, which might matter to some people. Still, I’d recommend it and hope you enjoy it as much as I did. Getting around was easy: the main train station is right across the street, and you can buy essentials there even late at night. Wenceslas Square is a ten-minute walk, or quicker by metro, especially in hot weather. I’m really glad I chose this place in Prague.

The owner was really helpful and friendly, and everything in the apartment was organized and very clean. There are three charming, if not especially large, rooms sharing a bathroom in a quiet building across from the train station. Metro, tram, and Airport Express stops are just steps away, with Wenceslas Square a ten-minute walk and the Old Town also walkable. There’s a small bar area with coffee and drinks, plus a microwave, fridge, and laundry facilities. It seems especially suited to young people and couples. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Prague is a beautiful, very welcoming city, and we had a great trip with a perfect host. 100% recommended.
