The room was comfortable and quiet, and the hotel was spotless. Staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. It’s conveniently close to public transport and the main attractions, and good value for money. Highly recommended!

The location made getting around easy, with several tram lines right outside the building. Lidl, Rossmann, and DM are nearby, along with local restaurants and coffee shops about a three-to-five-minute walk away. I arrived at reception around 3 p.m. for my reservation. Two staff members spoke very good English, and after the paperwork they gave me the room key. The room was nice and clean, and I was very happy with the service. I’d suggest adding slippers and fixing the shower, which worked but wasn’t quite right. Still, I could use it just fine, and I appreciated how kind the staff were, so I’m giving five stars.

Room 107 was clean and pleasant, with its own entrance and bathroom. The shower was spacious with good water pressure, and there were towels, soap, shampoo, a hairdryer, and toilet paper. The room also had a TV and kitchenette with a kettle, fridge, microwave, sink, washing-up liquid, sponge, and towel. Tea, coffee, salt, sugar, dishes, cutlery, wine and beer openers, and a safe in the closet were provided. Outer blinds gave privacy and kept the room dark at night. I could adjust the heating, and on maximum it warmed up very quickly. The separate entrance also kept hallway noise down. Reception is open 24/7, and checking in at 10 p.m. was no problem. I booked one night in November. The tram stop is just around the corner, two stops from the metro and train station. The ground-floor windows faced the entrance side alley, so there was almost no disturbance, though people talking outside could be noisy. A few small things could be better: there was no air conditioning, though I didn’t need it in winter; no tissues, which would have been nice since I get a runny nose in winter; no coat hook by the entrance, only in the closet; and just one outlet by the desk, occupied by the TV. The coffee spoons were also too short for the cups. The trash bins were tucked under the sinks in the bathroom and main room. I’d recommend the hotel, especially for a one-night stay.

The rooms are new and very nice, and I can actually sleep well here because it stays quiet at night and the walls between rooms are proper. I come to Prague a few times a year for work, and this is my favorite place to stay. I always book here when there’s a room, even compared with hotels that have more stars.

For the price, the hotel is pretty much what you’d expect, maybe a little better. We stayed four nights, and the room size and amenities worked perfectly for two people. Housekeeping cleaned the room and made the beds every morning. It’s a quiet, relaxing, non-touristy part of north Prague, with good restaurants and all the grocery shops we needed within a five-minute walk. The tram stop is two minutes away, so getting around by public transport is easy. The rooms are nice but feel a bit on the cheap side. Some things, like the shower head or curtains, may be broken, though they still work for their intended use. About 90% of the things that look like wood seem to have a plastic wood-pattern veneer, though maybe they are wood underneath. The hotel facade isn’t very obvious, and the side entrance can be confusing to find at first. The view isn’t good, but you’re not paying for a great view. All in all, good value. I’d stay again :)
