The location made it easy to get around, with tram stops nearby and the Astronomical Clock just a short walk away. The front desk staff were warm and helpful, and explained things clearly ahead of time, including airport taxi prices and transport options. They stayed supportive when my US phone wasn't working and I couldn't find my airport taxi. After two days in Prague, I continued to Vienna by train, which was easy, and the hotel arranged a taxi for me. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was very good quality. My room was surprisingly spacious for Europe, almost American sized, comfortable, and had lots of closet space. I also liked the bar downstairs, where it's easy to get wine or coffee. I tried mulled wine for the first time and really enjoyed it, and the prices were very reasonable. The hotel felt safe and welcoming at any hour, with someone always at the front desk. I had an excellent stay and would definitely return. The staff were genuinely hospitable.

The staff were absolutely lovely, and the location was perfect for the mall, the Old Town, and quicker access to Prague Castle. This family-run hotel was amazing. The rooms were cozy, organized, and well kept, and I loved the big windows and smoking balconies with a view. I also enjoyed having eggs on toast for breakfast every day 🥰

Our flight was early, so the receptionist arranged a taxi and packed breakfast for us to take to the airport. The staff were kind and helpful throughout. The room was clean, and there’s both an elevator and stairs. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including fruit, meat, milk, drinks, eggs, cereal, bread, cakes, sweets, and yogurt. The location and service were just right. Definitely recommend it!

I was happy with my stay, especially because the hotel is close to everything. The staff were very helpful, and breakfast was really tasty. The bathroom could use a bit more, though: there was shower gel but no shampoo. The location was very good. Thanks 🙏🏻

The room at Bene Residence was quiet, comfortable, and clean, and the price felt good for such a central spot. You can walk to everything from here, right in Prague’s Old Town. I had a great stay and would come back.
