Paying was another unpleasant surprise: nobody had told us they wouldn’t take cards. I’d ordered roast chicken, but what arrived was just a few dry chicken breasts with bland salad and slices of hamburger bread. A terrible experience today.

The service was awful. We got menus after sitting down, then the waiter we spoke to suddenly walked away. Her colleague couldn’t take our order either, so after waiting 5 minute af we left.

The rooms are large, and breakfast was good. It’s in a great location, though a little hard to find. The staff were friendly.

The food was good. Service could’ve been a bit quicker.
