This isn't a hotel.

The upstairs neighbors have been renovating all summer, and there's noise outside late into the night, with dogs howling from the park after 11:00 pm and drunk people slamming car doors. There are also dogs in both houses opposite that bark furiously every day unless their owners go to the cottage. In the back bedrooms, people smoke cigars on the balconies. When we moved in, the realtor had praised how quiet and peaceful it was. Ha ha. I'll look for somewhere else.

Park Nikolajka Residence is a nice place, but it was built on protected nature reserve land. The construction harms the local ecosystem and takes away natural space. More care should be given to protecting nature and its value so this doesn't happen again.

Dr. Bednář has a lot of experience and education, and is a remarkably skilled, pleasant person. He's sensitive to the times and always tries to accommodate me. He's helped me and eased my pain every time.
