Seifert Residence

The building is loud all the time, and I regret booking here. I couldn't focus on work, sleep properly, or just have some peace. People seem very young and don't respect each other's space. They're yelling, screaming, and playing loud music, and the walls are so thin that you hear everything. The entrance door bangs loudly, and people shout in the hall at 3 AM. It happened every day, someone woke me up by yelling in the hall or slamming the door. The kitchen was extremely dirty, the fridge stank, there was mold in the shower, and the dusty plastic plants were covered in dust. My room's lamp didn't work. I couldn't cook anything, and the pots were cheap and burned. The sponge by the dishes was filthy and torn apart, like someone had used it for months. They couldn't even give me a new one. I also couldn't find any cleaning supplies. I was there almost a month without a broom or vacuum cleaner, which was absolutely disturbing. Behind the washing machine I found someone's underwear, a dirty pair of boxer shorts. And there wasn't even a shoehorn. How ridiculous. Today the owner yelled outside my door for 30 minutes instead of finding somewhere else in the building to bother dozens of people with her crummy laugh. You won't get any peace here. This was the worst place I've ever stayed, and I regret choosing it. Before booking, make sure you won't be disturbed every five minutes during your stay.

I wouldn't recommend staying here. If you cancel ahead of time, they won't give your money back.

We enjoyed the place, especially how thoughtfully it was set up, from the heating and comfortable bed to the kitchen equipment. We went over New Year's, so it was a little expensive. The location is very good too, and I'd recommend it.

It's very dirty and not worth the money. The worst thing about this hotel is that you shouldn't stay here.
