The staff were warm, upbeat, and helpful throughout our several-night stay. Andy/Andrew at reception deserves a special mention for going out of his way to help us. We had a spacious, comfortable apartment, and the large, clean, soft towels were a nice part of it. Breakfast was very good for the price, with eggs, waffles, and crepes made to order. Complimentary water bottles were available in the lobby during our stay. We could walk to Wenceslas Square in about 10 minutes and Old Town Square in 20, so exploring on foot was easy. There were a few inconveniences, though. The entrance and the area before the elevator have steps, which made the hotel awkward with a stroller. The elevator was small and slow, with an old manual door. Living room blinds let in too much light, and the bathroom could have been cleaner. More towel hooks would help, and the shower taps were hard to adjust to the right temperature. The kitchenette had good equipment, including a dishwasher and tablets, but was too small for a family and seemed better suited to a couple. There were no child-friendly dishes or utensils. The bedroom outlets weren't placed very conveniently, though there were enough of them overall. We had a great experience and felt it was good value for the money.

After a troubled journey, the staff made us feel welcome and helped us relax. Everyone was charming. Ondrej especially impressed me with his warm manner, patience, and extensive local knowledge. He made sure we understood all his advice and was always ready to help with a smile and genuine interest in what we were doing each day. I'd recommend the hotel to family and friends.

We loved staying here. It's quiet and has a lovely old-world feel, with large, comfortable rooms, cozy beds and pillows, and an excellent shower. Breakfast was great, and the staff were kind and attentive. Maxime was especially thoughtful, as were the young men serving breakfast. You can walk to everything, and there's a trolley stop nearby for crossing the river.

I really did feel at home here. The rooms were very good, with quality furniture and a view of the main road. The people were extremely friendly, especially Sheetal, who was warm and helpful and made us want to return. We had an amazing stay, and I'd love to come back to Prague and stay at Hotel Suite Home. We just got back from three nights in Prague, and Hotel suite home was much better than we'd expected. Our beautiful suite had loads of space, and our two teenage boys were happy to have separate areas of their own. The kitchen had everything we needed. Reception staff were welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The location was spot on, close to lots of lovely bars and restaurants, and within walking distance of the city's landmarks and museums. There's so much to see, so we'll definitely be back.
