There was so much mold in the apartment that we couldn't shower. The sheets also seemed dirty.

The staff were friendly, and the neighbourhood felt safe, with signs of gentrification. It’s conveniently located and relatively cheap, but the rooms are very basic and there’s no elevator. I’d put it just above hostel level, so it’s only a fit if you’re okay with that. Two stars at best.

The bed was comfortable and didn’t squeak, and the pillows were nice. The place was quite clean, and it was easy to get around by tram, bus, or underground. Lidl, a gas station, and a small, unique cafe are nearby. The kitchen is outside the room, while the fridge is in the room, so cooking smells stay out and nobody takes your food. Cooking was easy and pleasant, and you could eat in with your roommate. There wasn’t much kitchenware, but the large plates, basic cutlery, huge pot, wok, and pan were enough for us. Bring extra things if you need them. Soap, shampoo, and two towels were provided for one person. The bathroom was the main drawback. There was black mold in the shower that we couldn’t remove, and there were no shelves. The shower head was fixed to the wall, making it hard to keep your head dry, and it could be awkward if you’re very tall. There was a sewer smell from the toilet. With no broom or mop, it could get messy quickly if you weren’t careful.

Breakfast was a definite plus, and the central location was great for the price. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was nice, though a little snug, which seems common in European hotels. It’s an old building without an elevator, so that could be a problem if you or someone you’re travelling with can’t manage stairs.

It’s cheap and close to a tram stop. The rooms are old and very basic, though, with no AC, and the toilet sink is actually in the room. There’s no elevator either. Parking costs 10€/day, and you have to go a few minutes away from the hotel for it.
