The Mozart Prague by Accor

We celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary and retirement here. We’d booked an executive room, so we were thrilled when the staff kindly upgraded us to an executive suite with views of Charles Bridge and Prague Castle. Everyone was incredibly warm and kind. The breakfast buffet was limited because it was winter and there weren’t many guests, but we could order any eggs we wanted. The buffet’s bread, fruit, ham, cheese, salmon, and salad were all delicious and more than enough for us. The hotel’s position between Old Town and Prague Castle was ideal for sightseeing. I highly recommend it.

The location made exploring easy, with Charles Bridge only a two minute walk away and plenty of Old City sights within walking distance. We enjoyed an exceptional lunch but didn’t have dinner at the hotel, since Prague has so many places to try. Breakfast had both buffet and à la carte choices, with make-your-own coffee or table service. Our room was lovely, clean, spacious, and came with a complimentary minibar. Everyone on the staff was friendly and hospitable. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

Oleksandra deserves a special thank you for how warm and attentive she was throughout our stay. She always had a smile and seemed to know what we needed before we asked. The whole team made us feel valued from the moment we arrived, and we were also surprised with a room upgrade we hadn’t expected. That thoughtful hospitality stayed with us after checking out. We’ll definitely be back at Hotel Mozart.

The location couldn’t have worked better, and the service from every staff member was exceptional. We loved the beautiful palace setting and all the thoughtful details in the rooms. Our stay at The Mozart in Prague was incredible from start to finish.
