The reception staff were kind and generous, especially Yuri, who went out of his way to make me feel welcome. I arrived exhausted at 6 in the morning after a long drive, and Juri greeted me with a smile, upgraded my room without being asked, and even offered me food and a drink. He made sure I was comfortable and was really good to talk with. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood, a two-minute walk from the train station. My room was clean, big, and cozy, and the hotel itself is beautifully decorated. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had in a long time, and everything was reasonably priced. I’d gladly stay here again when I return to Prague. 10/10

The reception team were lovely and helped us a lot, including giving us great guidance during our stay. They can exchange metro tickets or cash for you. Breakfast was spectacular, with lots of options. The hotel is clean and well kept, about a 10-minute walk from the city center. The only downside for me was the carpeted floor. We had a great experience and would definitely come back.

The room was tidy, well equipped, and very clean, and everyone on staff was warm and welcoming. YURI was especially helpful and knowledgeable, always doing his best to assist guests. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide range of choices. Getting around was easy thanks to the excellent public transport access. I felt a little cold at night and ended up using two blankets. Aside from that, it was a lovely stay, and I’d definitely recommend it.

For my business trip, the location of Hotel Theatrino worked perfectly. It was easy to reach from the train station, and I didn’t need parking since I had no car. I left early one morning, and the team kindly let me have breakfast earlier than usual. The welcome was warm and professional, and I felt well looked after, especially by Yuriy at reception, who was energetic and helpful and made the stay more comfortable. I arrived quite tired, but the friendly staff made a difference. The hotel was excellent value for money, and I’d highly recommend it to business or leisure travellers.
