Breakfast was perfectly sufficient, though nothing special, and the shower felt a little dated. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a modern bathroom. Staff were welcoming and very friendly. The hotel sits in a calm part of Malá Strana, among charming little streets, while still being central. Charles Bridge is about a ten-minute walk away. A pleasant place to stay in Prague, and one I’d recommend.

We asked for adjoining rooms and were given 33 and 34 on the top floor, which worked perfectly for our family. Both rooms were spacious and comfortable, with exposed wooden beams, good heating, and nice ensuite facilities. Breakfast had both cooked and continental buffet choices and was good. There’s a 24-hour concierge and a little bar by reception, which helped the place feel safe and friendly. The location is great, away from the busiest parts but only five minutes from the main route to Charles Bridge. The staff were helpful and friendly. A lovely little find for a family trip to Prague, 10/10.

Getting to the castle and other attractions was easy from here, and the metro was close by. Room 25 was a good size and quiet at night, while the bathroom was roomy and the shower pressure was good. It was far too warm in the room. We raised it with reception twice, but nothing changed. They said the air conditioning wouldn’t start until sometime in May and suggested leaving the windows and door open, which didn’t feel secure. Breakfast wasn’t worth what it cost. The cooked items were overdone and only lukewarm, and there were odd options like green beans. The bread was hard, though other bakery choices were good.

The room was spacious, very clean, and had an incredibly comfortable bed. The whole hotel was clean, and the breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. It was peaceful and quiet despite being within walking distance of the main attractions. Lenka made my wife’s birthday feel special and went out of her way to arrange everything: an upgrade, lovely flowers, cake, and fresh berries. From our arrival, the staff were warm and professional and made us feel at home. We had a dream holiday here and already know where we’ll stay next time. Highly recommended if you want comfort in Prague with personal service.

The staff were friendly all the way through, and breakfast was good. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a room with a better view. The location was perfect, near both the Castle and Charles Bridge.
