Travellers Hostel

The shared bathrooms were okay, but the dorm we stayed in, dorm200, had homeless people in the room. There was a bad smell and we felt uncomfortable. The furniture was old and partly broken, and at 20€/per night I wouldn’t recommend this place to people I like. Worst hostel ever.

You’re right in the center, and it was an easy 20-minute walk from Florenc bus station. The hostel had free Wi-Fi and a luggage room, and the staff were great and spoke English. Breakfast in the sunny room was enjoyable. The simple rooms were clean, and the shared men’s and women’s bathrooms along the corridor were kept clean and had enough privacy. Very nice hostel, best location ever.

The breakfast costs about 250 crowns, around 10 bucks. It is NOT free. This place felt creepy when I stayed there. There was blood on my wall, a man opened the door to the women’s bathroom, and an unexpected visitor had a key to my private room and came in at 4AM. Weird people hung around in the halls, the rooms were very cold during the day, and it was extremely noisy in the early morning hours. There’s no good communal space, and the kitchen is really inconvenient to get to. Please don’t stay here unless you have to. The poor staff seemed overworked and kind of stressed by the number of people coming through.

The breakfast was incredibly expensive, and the place was high price for low quality. It’s the worst hostel I’ve ever slept in: cold, old, dirty, minimal rooms. There are no common areas, so you can’t even make coffee in the morning. The toilets and bathrooms should have been repaired long ago.
