Villa Jinonice

We've stayed here twice now, and it's still just right for a May or June visit. I can't say how it is during a summer heat wave since there's no air conditioning, though I'd guess a north-facing room should be okay. The location is perfect, right beside the metro. The apartment was clean and very nice, with a clean bathroom too. There's a kitchenette with dishes and the essentials for a short stay, plus a microwave, toaster, and small fridge, but no cooking plate. We were lucky to find a parking spot right in front, and there are more along the street. Read the instructions for entering the door code carefully, since many people were confused.

We loved our stay here. The mini apartment was just right, with a bedroom, bathroom, living room with a TV, and a small kitchen that had a kettle, microwave, fridge, coffee and tea. There’s no stove, but we didn’t need one. The metro station on line B is very close and goes straight to the city centre. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the host was quick to answer our questions. During our week there, they changed the towels and took out the trash too, which was a nice touch.

The room was spacious enough for two and clean, and checking in without contact was convenient. The location is great, right by the subway and within walking distance of a shop. There are four parking spaces in front. Some of the equipment feels worn: the sheets had stains, the shower doors barely moved, and the bathroom was very dark.

The rooms were clean, and there was a mini fridge along with coffee and tea facilities. It’s about a five-minute walk to Metro Janonice, and parking out front is free. The reception was friendly. The woman there doesn’t speak much German or English, but we managed.
