The apartment was huge, with room for everyone and everything, so it worked perfectly for our big family visit. The kitchen is well equipped, and for anyone wondering about coffee, there’s a Nespresso machine that takes the smaller capsules. Using a door code means no hassle with keys, and there’s an elevator too. The location puts you right in the middle of everything.

We were a group of eight and booked two spacious apartments plus a studio. Everything was pristine and fully equipped, and the location was great. They were very responsive and accommodating when we needed something. I’d highly recommend staying here.

We were left outside in the rain late at night with nowhere to stay because the check-in link took an hour to arrive, and the access link took another hour. Nobody answered the phones. Online check-in has to be completed 48 hours in advance, but that requirement is tucked away in a corner of the website and easy to miss. We lost our rest time, so after check-out we left our bags there and went out for breakfast. The access link was deactivated just one minute after 10:00 a.m., the check-out time, which is already quite early. Luckily, I managed to recover it from the browser cache. Terrible experience, with no support, poor organization, and bad service. I wouldn’t recommend it, even for one night.

There’s no place to store your luggage after check-out if you still have time in Prague before traveling. There is a paid luggage deposit within walking distance, though, and the prices are quite convenient. The apartment itself is lovely, with a very generous amount of space, excellent appliances and fixtures, and a really spacious bathroom. It was very clean and quiet at all times, even in such a fun and popular area. The place is in the heart of Prague and perfectly located for getting around easily. I’d definitely recommend it.
