There are two grocery shops close by, including one with baked goods, and plenty of cafes. We didn't visit those cafes because of the reviews, though they seem fine for a beer. Another nearby cafe serves coffee, tea, wine, and bagels. The apartment itself was nice and had a fridge, kettle, stove, coffee maker, TV, hair dryer, and heater. The shower stall was a bit battered, but everything else was fine. There's a clock by the building that chimes constantly, but we were so tired we didn't hear it.
