I expected a relaxing weekend after reading the reviews, but the two days we spent there were disappointing. The hotel is spread across three buildings, two of them in another facility, and there’s no real human support. Everything runs through an app, but it doesn’t cover all the services and reception hardly works. If the app fails, it feels like your money is simply gone. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

The rooms are spacious, with a lounge area and a small kitchen. The bathroom was decent too. The beds are hard, though not unbearably so.

This doesn’t feel like a hotel. At breakfast there’s no service, and you have to clear your own dishes.

The whole place felt completely lifeless while we were there, and the hotel description on the travel agency’s website didn’t match reality or the surrounding area. If we’d known, we’d have picked another hotel for our tour. One star is already too generous. We arrived on June 15th, after the 4:00 PM check-in time, but the hotel was locked and nobody was there. We called Czech Republic Travel; they contacted ???? and eventually got us a code and room number, so we had to manage with that. Everything was shut, including the bar and restaurant. The owner apparently didn’t think opening the restaurant for a small staff was necessary. The agency had even messaged us that breakfast was at 8:00 AM. The girl on duty was on her first day and had no idea what was happening. There was no atmosphere at all. A funeral has more life.

The receptionist deserves special praise. She was always smiling, helpful with everything, and even pointed us to a really good wine. We stayed three nights and were pleased with the clean, cozy rooms and the hotel’s nice location.
