The setting is lovely, and I might come back someday. There are lots of separate buildings, which gave each couple privacy even with a bigger group. We found local wine waiting in each kitchen, and the winemaker next door offers tastings. He’s a pragmatist, and everyone was enthusiastic about it. The garden was spacious and mowed, with several seating spots and fireplaces, plus a sandbox and toys for the kids. I’d definitely recommend it.

We had to cancel because our group turned out bigger than expected and we needed a different place. Still, I’m glad to leave a review: the owner was helpful and communication was perfect from the start. Maybe next time.

The owner was lovely and handled every request right away. Even though he was away during our stay and sorting things out remotely, he texted to check that everything was alright and that we had what we needed. The house had a wonderful atmosphere and was clean, with all the equipment we needed for a comfortable stay. We slept really well, and the wine was very much to our taste too. The spacious, enclosed yard worked perfectly for families with children, and there were so many toys ready for them that we didn’t need to bring any. Perfect, I’d recommend it wholeheartedly, and we’ll definitely return.

The view from the garden cottage is nice, though you have to climb up the slope to reach it. Inside it’s quite pleasant, but the summer sun really beats down on it, so it’s a good thing there’s air conditioning. The shower is outside, and the dry toilet is a bit of a drawback.
