Hotel Alisa

The balcony, which connects the bedroom and living room, had a fantastic view of that resort across the river, just like the hotel in Last Holiday with Queen Latifa. The apartment exceeded our expectations: it was huge, the bed was comfortable, and having both a shower and a bath worked perfectly since my fiancé and I prefer different options. If you're here for more than the spas, the Diana Funicular is just a minute away on foot. We walked up Slovenska to Friedrich Schiller Monument, then headed into the hills for several towers, sights, and views. We took the Diana Funicular home to spare our knees and shins, and it made for a great day. The staff were incredible, especially the gentleman working on the day we left. Thank you. The photos made me anxious because they looked dreary and outdated, but the place is much prettier in person. The kitchen supplies were sparse: no utensils or plates, just a pot, pan, one cup, and one mug. It wasn't a big deal since we were out all day.

The room was clean and elegant, with nice furniture, a large bathroom, and a kitchen area. We were given a really big apartment for a small extra charge, and the location is great. Breakfast was the usual kind for the Czech Republic, and the staff were very friendly. There’s nowhere to unload the car at the hotel, but it was still very good value.

There’s no coffee in the rooms, but otherwise it was a comfortable stay. The rooms were quiet, clean, and a decent size, with plenty of power outlets and reasonably fast internet. Breakfast was tasty, filling, and had lots of variety, including hot croissants and fresh fruit. The hotel is right by the river, though it wasn’t noisy.

I really enjoyed my stay. Everything feels new, the view is lovely, and the staff are amazing and helpful. Apartment 302 is a full three-room flat, so you could stay there for months :) I was told to speak with the receptionist about getting a better price than the one on Booking. It’s a very nice hotel, and I recommend it.
