The host was friendly and helpful while still giving us privacy, and being close to the slopes and restaurants was a big plus. Our four-room flat had two bathrooms and a kitchen. The kitchen was a little small, but enough for preparing meals. The apartment was modest but nicely equipped. Remember to bring your own towels. Apart from that, everything was good.

We visited in July and thought it was very good value for money. The owner was lovely and friendly, and everything was neat, clean, and well maintained. The region seems best suited to being outdoors, with walking, hiking, and mountain biking. There aren’t many sights to see. In winter, it’s a ski area.

I’m glad the Privat Braun website has so much positive feedback. I wanted to add my own and can confirm all the good comments: the location, equipment, and owner are TOP QUALITY!!!! :) I’d recommend it to keen skiers who want to be first on the cable car, as well as to people who don’t want a long commute to the slope. At Privat Braun, you feel like Bode Miller in his caravan under the Hahnenkamm in Kitzbühel, cozy and close to the ski slope. :)))

There’s a big garden behind the house, with a fireplace beside the forest, and the cable car is only a short walk away. The apartment is clean and comfortable, with two bathrooms and a kitchenette, and it’s a great fit for families with kids. The price is good too. We’d happily come here in summer or winter, and I definitely recommend it.
