For €1500 for the week, we expected a lot more. The dirty glasses and pans, leftover rubbish from the previous guests, and cleaning bucket beside the toilet were all disappointing. The beds were rock hard, and there wasn't even a sharp knife in the drawer. We also didn't get the apartment we'd booked. They described the replacement as an upgrade, but it felt like a downgrade, with no proper seating area. It really put a dampener on our holiday.

The room was really well equipped, and the owner and staff were lovely. It's a handy spot for outings and close to the ski slopes. Nothing to complain about, I'd recommend it :o)

Room G21 was cold, had no internet, and offered nowhere to dry clothes after skiing. The price didn't feel justified by the quality. I wouldn't stay there again.

The room was clean and nice, and the service was great. It's right by the train station, with a direct bus to Prague. I'd recommend it.
