The village center is a handy base, with some nice walks nearby and a good restaurant next door. My refurbished room was very comfortable, with a TV, good lighting, and central heating. The bathroom was excellent, with a powerful shower and a separate WC. Breakfast was great, and they'll even cook ham and eggs. Excellent value.

We came for a weekend of skiing. Booking through Booking.com was quick, and online check-in took no time. The reception staff speaks German, there's a ski storage room, and a few parking spaces behind the hotel. The restaurant opposite is good. Our room was very warm and heated well, but we couldn't adjust the heating ourselves. The beds were okay. The room itself looked very dated and badly needs renovation. The bathroom is right by the entrance, so you have to walk through it to get into the room. It was cold with no heating, water from the shower ran into the hallway, and using the toilet meant leaving the door open and blocking the hall. Breakfast was passable, and you won't go hungry, but there's room to improve: the eggs were ice cold, there wasn't much fruit or veg, no scrambled eggs, only a limited choice of bread and rolls, and no staff around in the morning. For one night it was sufficient, but unfortunately it wasn't good value for money.
