The owner was very kind, helpful, and unobtrusive, and the price was reasonable. Still, there are a few things to keep in mind. The cottage is on a hill, so walking to the ski bus isn't really an option. Even shopping in regular shoes is a challenge, and with skis and poles you'll need to drive. Parking spaces run along the building, one car behind another. If your car is first to leave, you have to walk through the rooms. I expected the bathroom and toilet to be in the hallway, but was surprised by the big windows from the communist era, which give a clear view of the surroundings. Our room had a table and chairs and a small TV; the neighbors didn't have those, so they spent from noon till night in the shared kitchen, which was uncomfortable. The basement has a ski room and an interesting boot-dryer idea, but the room was covered in mold, and the moisture absorber wasn't working.

Its location works well for restaurants and the ski bus, and there’s a restaurant about 300 m away that I’d recommend. The apartment is nice, though the layout feels a little unusual for a large group. Each room has its own bathroom and kitchen, so there isn’t really a shared breakfast space.

We’d happily stay again. The rooms were lovely and clean, the setting was quiet, and breakfast was delicious. The landlady was very friendly.

Felt like staying at home. Everything was tidy and clean, and the owners were lovely. We recommend it!
