Residence Kotel

I stayed here on vacation with my brother and wife. Seven hours after we left and handed over the keys, they messaged me claiming we had broken a stove, a closet and some plumbing fixtures, although we left everything in order. Their first message threatened to call the police, without any internal investigation. They said they wouldn’t return the deposit and that we owed money for damage we hadn’t caused. They ignored my request for photos. I think they may be trying to use my insurance to cover damage in other rooms, or perhaps the staff who damaged the property should be replaced. I handed over the keys without any claim against us, and now the landlord is trying to manipulate me. My advice is to take pictures before checking out, and never come here again.

I’m very upset with the people who rented us the accommodation. They’re trying to make us out to be vandals who wrecked the place, demanding money and refusing to return the deposit. When we asked them to confirm their claims with video, they replied with vague messages.

The staff were unfriendly, and the experience was very bad.

Just a short distance from the center, this is a quiet place with modern furnishings.
