Apartmán "U nás doma" v chatě ALFA Černý Důl

The cottage is right by the ski lifts, so it works especially well for a winter break. In summer, there’s a sports playground nearby, and the bus stop is about a three-minute walk away. Parking is directly in front, and communication with the owner was great. Inside, there’s a large living room with a kitchen and three beds, plus a separate bedroom with four beds and a roomy hallway. The solid furniture feels high quality, and the bathroom has a shower. The kitchen is practical and well stocked, with a dishwasher, big fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee maker and plenty of dishes. There’s a table for up to seven, a TV in each room, and fast Wi-Fi throughout. They’ve also provided things for little kids, including chairs, a table, crayons and games. Modern, clean and well looked after. I highly recommend it.

Everything was ready for us, which made it easy to relax over spring break. The apartment was roomy, clean and had all the equipment we needed. The owner was great to communicate with. We’d gladly come back to Alfa.

We had a wonderful weekend, helped along by the owners and manager, who were all kind and helpful. The apartment is right by the ski lift, with parking just outside and a tennis court guests can use freely. It’s cozy and clean, with new furniture and all the homey little things you might need. There’s a dishwasher, scissors, extension cords with plugs, and even coloring books and crayons for the kids. We really recommend staying here, and thank you for a lovely weekend!

The setup is ideal for a family ski trip. In February there was plenty of snow, and the slopes right beside the house suited families with children. We kept our skis, sleds and bobsleighs in a private lockable cellar, so they weren’t cluttering the hallway. The apartment also has sleds and bobsleighs to borrow, which saves room in the car. A free ski bus stops outside and goes to all the nearby resorts and the treetop trail, sparing you the driving, parking fees and the stress of finding a spot. Guest parking is right in front, making unloading easy. The apartment is newly furnished, spacious and has tasteful, functional furniture and appliances. It sleeps seven, though I’d suggest 3-5 people for a more comfortable stay. I’m planning to visit at another time of year too. The Giant Mountains are worth seeing, and so is this apartment.
