We were a family of nine and had three rooms. Each had everything we needed and was super clean, and there was free coffee all day. We had a great stay at Svaty Jakub. Michal, the owner, was very nice and helpful, and communication with him was great before we arrived and while we were there.

The slope is about 100 m away, and we had a nice stay. The room was comfortable.

We've stayed here twice already, once with our dog, and would happily come back. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the shared kitchen is great, and the location is beautiful. The arrangements were wonderful :-).

It's a wonderful place to stay in any season. There's no food at the pension, but it's easy to arrange meals at the Lesní dum hotel nearby.

We had varied enough breakfasts, and the owner was kind and helpful. The rooms were beautifully furnished, the service was perfect, and the guesthouse itself was cozy and lovely. We spent three nights there at the end of 2021 and celebrated New Year. It has its own parking and quiet surroundings, while the center and restaurants are very accessible. A lift to the Černá hora ski resort is just 50 meters away, so there's no need to sort out a car or ski bus transfer. Highly recommended!
