Hotel Herman

A nice hotel, but the main street is too close. The noise was quite disturbing.

There was always someone at reception.

The location is convenient, right in the city center.

I’ll give my honest personal account. I stayed four nights, and from Wednesday to Friday I was freezing in room number 15 because it wasn’t heated. Even the hot water in the shower took 20 minutes to run. It was relentlessly cold. There’s also no breakfast included in the price, which surprised me. When I asked the owner what was wrong, she said the heating needed bleeding and gave other explanations that weren’t really relevant to a guest. She didn’t seem sure about the problems in her own business. I politely asked for 2,000 CZK back for the three days I had to sleep there wearing a jacket and sweatpants. It was a horror and a disaster. The owner flooded the room from Saturday to Sunday, when I left the hotel. That was a bit rude. The owner treated me so rudely that I felt bad sharing this experience here, but I promised her I would publish it. The hotel used to be called Hotel Labuť and is now called Hotel-Herman. The owner saves as much as she can, and when a guest or client tries to resolve a problem decently, she turns into an unreal and evil personality.
