There’s a big garden with a play area for kids, and the large parking lot is behind a gate that gets locked at night, so the car felt safe. The rooms are large and quiet, though a bit old, but everything still worked. It’s in the middle of nowhere, which makes it very peaceful, but the restaurant is the only place nearby to get food. I can’t rate the restaurant since it was closed when I checked in. Staff didn’t speak English or German, so communication can be difficult. Nothing fancy, but cheap.

We didn't try the kitchen, though they were still cooking for the guests. We stopped in on Friday evening and found a cozy, heated interior. There was good beer and good company. It's about 2 km from the northern Via Czechia and offers overnight stays and services for hikers. We hope they come up with new accommodation ideas.

The restaurant has a peaceful atmosphere, with the crackle of the wood-burning stove adding to it. I visited in autumn, when it was quite dry, and the surroundings were lovely. From the parking lot by the swimming pool, the signposted path to the restaurant is really short. The coffee was great and I was very satisfied. You can't pay by card, but QR payment is available, which was fine by me.
