The room was adorable, and our host was so warm and welcoming. The price was very reasonable, too. The building is lovely inside and out, with Renaissance frescoes you can visit upstairs. It’s right in the historic center, and Slavonice as a whole is stunning.

I was lucky to find this place and get the last available apartment or room. Its historical building, tasteful furnishings, cleanliness, and handy central location made my stay in Slavonice a real joy. I’d definitely recommend it. Thank you so much for your kindness, Mrs. Giordano ☺

The owner asked if we’d like to see the frescoes while we were admiring the old objects in the museum. We said yes, and I haven’t had such a pleasant tour of historic spaces in a long time. The lady explained clearly and engagingly what kind of house we were in, and how unique the beautifully preserved Renaissance frescoes are in the original Lutheran prayer room. I don’t regret going for a second, and I’d like to thank her again for making our walk around Slavonice more interesting.
