The staff were rude, and the food listed on the sign outside wasn't actually available.

The service and prices were terrible. They charged 240Kc (€10) for two double espressos and seemed to think that was reasonable. When I questioned the charge for four espressos, they laughed. The way they argued about it made me really uncomfortable, and they let me leave feeling bitter instead of showing any understanding. Don't go. It was a bad experience.

I only ate at the restaurant, so I can't comment on the hotel. The restaurant was very clean, and service was quick and friendly. The food and drinks tasted good, and the location was convenient.

The service was awful, with a long wait even just to place an order. The waiter was the worst part, arrogant and aggressive. At these prices, I expected at least pleasant service. I'd recommend going somewhere else to save your money.

The staff were kind, and the homemade food was tasty, with typical Czech dishes. Recommended!
