The rooms were clean, the food was delicious, and the staff were friendly. I especially enjoyed the sauna, and there were lots of activities for children and families. The bedding was uncomfortable, though. There were no removable mattress protectors, just a sheet that was too small to stay put. I often woke up or found myself in the morning lying directly on the bare mattress. If you're driving here in winter, bring snow chains. The roads can be slippery, and chains make the drive safer and less stressful.

Our family room was spacious and convenient, with what was really two bedrooms. The hotel is very clean, and the view from its excellent location is stunning. The bathroom was a bit small, but the water pressure was strong. Breakfast was delicious. We had dinner there too, but it was mediocre, so I wouldn't recommend it.

We had an amazing stay and love this place. Our “míček” loved the playground, and the food tasted great with plenty to choose from.

The downstairs playrooms kept our five-year-old busy, with pool tables, two-lane bowling, table football, courts for ball games, and a soft play area. The team at Hotel Zatisi were so hospitable and friendly, always happy to go the extra mile. Breakfast had lots of choice, including delicious cooked options, and we were impressed by dinner both nights and by the service. Our waiter looked after us so well, nothing was too much trouble. We stayed for a couple of nights in April and had a fantastic time. It felt like a home away from home, and we hope to come back one day.

The staff were friendly, the rooms were nice, and we had a great time with good food. The sauna costs extra, though, which seems strange for a hotel in this category and price range.
