I was left outside the hotel after a staff member had told me by phone that arriving around 9 or 10 PM would be fine. The listing said reception stayed open until 7 PM, and they later texted to say a late arrival wouldn't work. I was already driving and didn't see that message in time. When I got there, they said I had invented the phone call and charged me the full amount for a no-show. Booking.com refused a refund because there was no written proof. I think Booking.com handled this terribly too. Nothing about the experience was positive. Easily the worst place I've stayed in the EU. Stay well away.

The restaurant is one of the reasons I've been back to Hotel M several times. The food is fresh, prices are reasonable, and service is excellent. You can eat inside or out; when the weather allows, I like the spacious, peaceful outdoor area, especially given that it's right in the town center. The hotel itself is basic, but for the price it beats expectations. Staff are friendly and accommodating, the central location is ideal, and there's plenty of parking. It's good value for both a stay and a meal.

Hotel M - Nobiles is close to Šternberk Castle and the historic sights around town. It has a cozy restaurant and an outdoor terrace, and the renovation is lovely. My room was clean and fresh, with a modern bathroom. The staff were pleasant and always ready to help.

We stayed from July 19 to 26 and had a really nice time. My husband has a disability, and the owner and staff did everything they could to accommodate us. I feel the same goes for my daughter and granddaughters.
