I only found the place at the last minute for Easter, and I'm so glad I did. The setting is lovely, with nature, animals, and great views, and the people clearly put their hearts into their work. The “administrator” especially won us over, along with her son and granddaughter. My four-year-old wanted to move in straight away. The facilities were clean and perfectly adequate, with a playground, gym, and draft beer. Cows, dogs, and cats are right there, and I spotted an eagle, a kite, deer, and roe deer nearby. I saw everything except the wolves! :)

You can head out hiking straight from the house, and the holiday apartments are tucked away from the roads. The owners are incredibly friendly and take such good care of us. At night there's a cozy little pub with freshly tapped beer and good wine. A beautiful place to stay.

There are plenty of cross-country trails around, including the Šumava Highway, and in winter you're close to ski areas in Germany, Austria, and Kvilda and Zadov. It's also a great area for hiking and cycling. Quiet, clean, and well equipped, with an unbeatable price for the quality.

The view from our room was even better than a sea view, and the little one loved it as soon as we arrived. We all did. The place is beautiful, everything is clean and tidy, and the people are so lovely they have our admiration. We were thrilled with our wonderful weekend. Thanks, we'll definitely be back.

We keep coming back year after year to this small family guesthouse. It's in beautiful surroundings and is always well kept and clean. There's a pub, tennis courts, a children's playground, and a sports games room, plus you can have a campfire and grill. The area has lots of hiking, cycling, and cross-country skiing trails.
