The location made it easy to walk to the old town, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We stayed two nights with our little daughter, and the design and cleanliness were top-notch. I loved looking around every corner. The restaurant served truly luxurious, five-star cuisine, and the sauna was a lovely way to unwind after a day out. The hotel has more of a business and adult feel, but they thoughtfully had a play corner full of toys for our daughter. That was especially precious on a rainy day when we spent time indoors together. A big thank you to all the staff 😇

The rooms were quiet, service was excellent, and breakfast was good. The Finnish sauna really was Finnish 👌. Very nice hotel, would recommend!

The breakfast had a good, sufficient selection, and the staff were friendly and spoke very good English. The old Hotel Grand Hotel Grand, Šumperk has been completely renewed into a modern, quiet, clean hotel in the center of Šumperk. I’d definitely recommend it and will book again on my next trip to Sumperk.

The spa was magnificent, and the restaurant was worth visiting too. A very nice, modern place.
