I ended up staying around a week, though I had only planned on a couple of days because finding an apartment is hard. This isn't a five-star luxury hotel, but it gives you full privacy, has a host available 24/7, and you can ask to extend your stay at any time of day. There are over 200 rooms, so you'd be really unlucky if they ran out. Pets are allowed for a fee. The staff were friendly, courteous and patient with me as a foreigner with very limited Czech, and I'm incredibly grateful for that. There's also a convenience store (potraviny) right across the street, on your right when exiting the building.
