This is a lovely 19th-century villa, though it isn’t a hotel. We appreciated the roomy apartment, attractive furniture, and kitchen, and there’s a beautiful garden. The person looking after everything was very friendly.

I came with my husband and our eight-year-old twin girls 😊. Everything was fine for us. We’ve stayed in many places before, but this hotel was especially well equipped with everything 😉😍. The surroundings are lovely and beautiful. I’ll definitely stay here again when I return to the Czech Republic ❤️ I'm back.

The landlord and staff were very friendly and helpful, and free parking was available nearby in public areas. The apartment was spacious and well located, with a very comfortable bed. Excellent value for money.

My wife, our adult daughter, and I stayed at the hotel for a day and came away pleasantly surprised. The price and quality were top-notch. We have a resort in Berdyansk ourselves, so we were looking for something to complain about 🥴, but couldn’t find anything. The only issue was that we couldn’t get sound on the TV. We watched the big Boxing Day on our phone instead, and Usik won!!! Hooray! We recommend it to everyone.

The former residence of the Dutch queen is truly the best apartment stay in the city for size, beauty, convenience, location, and service. The internet is fast, it’s clean, and the service is top-notch. You won’t find a better place to stay here.
