The setting is a real plus, with mountain resorts and other sights nearby. The hotel is three-star quality at a fair price.

The food was good.
The staff were especially kind and professional, and the wellness facilities were great. The hotel is beautifully renovated, with comfortable rooms and excellent restaurant food. Its location near Pusteveny and Radhoště was handy for outings and cycling. I had a lovely rest, went on a few rides, and enjoyed a delicious dinner. Everything felt top-notch, and I came away with lovely memories. Highly recommended!
The good weather helped make our four-day activity-package stay so enjoyable. The hotel itself was great too, from the accommodation and food to the jacuzzi. I couldn't fault it. The one snag was the bowling, which feels aimed at older people and sometimes gets stuck.
Breakfast was the big surprise: lots to choose from, fresh ingredients, a tasty hot buffet, and even a wide range of coffee. The chef is excellent. Dinners with half-board were a little below average, though the regular menu had some interesting combinations of selected dishes, probably more appealing to the men in our group. The hotel is in a great spot, five minutes from the cable car, and scooters from Pusteveny end right outside. If your windows face the valley, you can hear the mountain stream. Service was pleasant, and the place was kept clean and tidy. The rooms still have an old socialist-era feel, especially the bathrooms, and could use a renovation. I'd rate it three stars, but the kitchen earns it four.
