Breakfast was great, with a different dish each day. The rooms were okay, and both the WiFi and reception worked only partially. We did get instructions for self-check-in. It's really annoying that they don't answer emails. Use Google translation if needed, but please reply! We don't live in communism anymore. For the lack of customer support, the place is a little overpriced.

Getting in is awkward: the street entrance below takes 5 minutes by car or 3 minutes on foot. Breakfast is very early. The rooms are good, and repairs were planned for after we left, which should make them even better. Cleaning has no fixed schedule, sometimes at 11:00, sometimes at 14:00, and the quality wasn't very high.

This feels more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel, and it's a bit overpriced for what you get. The room had stale, stuffy air and a smelly carpet. The complimentary toiletries were two pairs of ear buds 😂😂😂, and the minibar was on but empty. The restaurant was shut, with the chairs up. It's okay as emergency accommodation, but not for a pleasant stay.

It was a quiet place with a plentiful breakfast. The furniture isn't new, but the rooms are clean. Staff either don't speak English fluently or don't speak it at all.

The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and everything was very clean. The food was great and the staff were nice. I'd happily return!
