The food was good, but charging that much without spa access feels like a joke. The pool area could use a better clean, too. We stayed in the Depandance, not the main building, and carrying things up to the third floor was really hard with a small baby since there’s no elevator. The room was tiny and nowhere near worth the price. It’s the most overpriced hotel I’ve stayed at, and I wouldn’t say it’s suitable for little kids.

The room wasn’t ready when we arrived, so we had to wait, and reception couldn’t tell us which services came with the room. The restaurant made the stay even worse: they brought the wrong drink twice, didn’t apologize, and tried to make us take them. My steak wasn’t cooked the way I’d asked, and the ketchup we requested several times took 20 minutes to arrive, when we’d nearly finished eating. The waiters were rude, arrogant, and seemed inexperienced. In general, the service was awful and I was very disappointed. The room was really expensive, and all the hotel services cost extra. If you want a relaxing weekend, go somewhere else.

Someone contacted me on Telegram offering $5 if I left this hotel a positive review. So be aware, most of the positive reviews are probably fake 😀

The rooms attached to Hotel Jezerka are marked with a “D” prefix. They come with a TV, ethernet ports, and free Wi-Fi. From outside, the building doesn’t really look like a hotel, and it sits by allotments and other small garden apartments. Parking is only by the main building, about a 5-minute walk away.

The surroundings are beautiful, with good options for walking and biking. It’s a very nice facility with wellness, and the staff are helpful and patient. The hotel works well for conferences of around 200-400 people.
