A good spot.

In the street-facing rooms, you'll have a hard time sleeping unless you shut the windows. Trucks rumble past for most of the night, since the house is right beside the main road through town. The rooms themselves are clean and well equipped, though.

Parking is available around the guesthouse, and the center is just a quick trip away. It's a pleasant, simple place and clean, though the beds are too long. The main road runs along one side.

Everything was fine, and it's a handy base for people visiting the Baťa Canal or riding bikes. The main drawback for me is that they don't accept cards.

We had a stay booked, and cancelling without charge wasn't allowed, only a full refund wasn't available. Then illness meant we couldn't make the trip, which we were really sorry about. The woman, who I think was the owner, was incredibly kind. She waived the cancellation fee and did everything she could to help us, so cancelling ended up costing nothing. We're very grateful and will definitely try to come another time. Best wishes, Jakub.
