This place is a cozy hidden gem, and dogs are truly welcome. It has the feel of a traditional English hotel, which makes it even more appealing. The staff are kind and helpful, and breakfast is delicious and healthy. There may be fewer ingredients than at a big commercial hotel, but there’s still more than enough. They really do love dogs: our dog was offered a cozy bed, adorable bowls and snacks. We’d never experienced that kind of hospitality before. We’ll definitely come back.

The shower was the one letdown for me as a tall person, it wasn't comfortable to stand under. The rest of the stay was lovely: our family of four spent one night here, check-in was easy and welcoming, the room was very clean, and breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Everyone served us with a smile.

We had no trouble bringing our dog, which was a relief. The place was spotless, the sauna felt cozy, and breakfast was great. Staff were very friendly too. Everything worked out well, and I'd happily recommend it.

The sauna was excellent, and we also appreciated the sky store with its preheated pipes. Service was great, with a friendly, helpful team, and breakfast was very good. Our romantic room was clean and had enough room for our luggage, plus a fridge and heated bathroom floor. The building looks lovely outside, and the interior is beautifully equipped. For the price, it felt like a five-star stay.

We only had two days here, which was the downside. The rooms were spacious, modern, clean, quiet, and lovely, with heated bathroom floors. There's a private Finnish sauna, tasty breakfast and coffee, and a self-service drinks area with Austrian wine, Mextaxa, and Jack Daniels. Dogs are welcome, staff were friendly and the service was first-class, and parking is secure. It's about a five-minute drive to the ski slopes and a 15-minute walk to restaurants.
