The staff weren’t the problem, but the hotel itself gave us the worst stay I’ve ever had. We’d booked it for a two-day business trip, but the damp and mold smell was there all the way to the room, which was moldy and dirty. The bed’s headboard felt sticky and disgusting, and there was just one bath towel, with no hand towel. We checked out the next morning. It was cheap compared with nearby hotels, but nobody deserves this kind of experience.
The room was tiny and odd, though it was pretty cheap at $42 and breakfast was included. My uncle says Hotel Dukla used to be where Soviet functionaries stayed.
I had a very poor experience here and wouldn’t recommend the hotel to anyone. The staff’s behavior wasn’t good at all. ☹️☹️☹️
The restaurant isn’t open in the evening, and the room was very cold.
This hotel is very old and really needs a major renovation.
