The lady on the phone described it as an apartment for several people. That has to be a joke, since there was barely enough room for one. The owner's behavior was really disgusting and unprofessional, honestly it made me feel sick. She seems to be renting out some luxury palace, but that's nowhere near the reality. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

These are two pleasant new rooms with basic amenities. Each has its own bathroom with a shower and an equipped kitchenette. Nad nádražím ski slopes are just a five-minute walk away, and there's a rope center in the area in summer. For two people it's comfortable, though a family of four would be a bit cramped. There's also storage in the garden house right in front of the entrance. I recommend it.

We were very disappointed by the owner's response. We arrived three days earlier than planned because there had been a mistake in the appointment, and we found great accommodation across the street. We then asked the owner of Relax if she would return all or part of the deposit. She kept it. Since reservations can nowadays be canceled 24 hours in advance, and accommodation is scarce in this city, I think she could have found someone to take those few days. Either way, I'll never send money in advance by money order again and then have to deal with this kind of behavior. It really upset us.

A lovely stay in a beautiful, clean place. The neighborhood was quiet and the owner was pleasant. We had a great vacation ☀️
