A peaceful little escape into nature. The cabins have a cute retro feel, and there's a wood burner for winter. Ian & Kim were great hosts, and you can hire kayaks too.

We had such a restful weekend at The Hideaway. It's in a peaceful spot, and the hosts are kind and welcoming. For a few hours we could switch off from the world and just enjoy being together. I'm really glad we chose it.

The cabins are in a quiet location, and zeliv monastery is close enough to walk to. The owners are pet friendly, and there are local cats around. They have everything you'd expect, plus a little more.

Even with a rainy weekend, we had a lovely time relaxing in the comfortable cabin by the wood stove. They provide the firewood, which made it extra cozy. The Hideaway feels like a real gem, and you can see how much thought and care went into the cabins and facilities. We couldn't use the outdoor areas because of the weather, but the firepit and seating with a lake view looked especially inviting. It seems like a great place in any season. I'd love to return and would recommend it to anyone.

This place feels like a second home to me. We've already been four times in 2022, and every season has its own special appeal. If you need anything, Kim or Ian are always there to help. We're coming back in 2023, so just go and enjoy your stay!
